Arc Worldwide, a lead shopper marketing and commerce agency within Publicis Groupe, recently made several key executive appointments including one internal promotion.
As Arc prepares for growth in 2022, the agency is betting that a strong leadership team will enhance its business development and shopper solutions. The agency’s new appointments include:
Matthew Weiner, Chief Creative Officer As CCO, Weiner spearheads Arc’s “Irresistible Commerce” approach, leveraging data to enhance omnichannel and creative shopper solutions and stimulate conversion, loyalty and advocacy, according to the company. He previously served as senior vice president and group creative director, where he led work across the Molson Coors and Fairlife teams. According to Weiner’s LinkedIn profile, he’s been in his new role since August.
Sarah Tynan, Executive Vice President, Head of Growth
Tynan this month returned to Publicis Groupe, where she previously ran new business development for Leo Burnett’s startup brand and product innovation group. With 20 years of experience in the business, Arc said in a recent media release that, “she's developed a reputation for driving change by selling breakthrough creative, optimizing revenue streams and operating models, and uncovering white space opportunities on brands like Samsung, Nintendo, Beam Suntory, and E. & J. Gallo.”
Renee Martin, Senior Vice President, Creative Director
Martin has joined the leadership team for Arc-legacy client Molson Coors. Previously at Aisle Rocket, she led product launch marketing for national brands, including in-store presence, video storytelling, photography, set design, brand sites and e-commerce activations. She’s also concepted showroom environmental design and interaction-based digital displays.
In addition, Arc also appointed Chhavi Saxena as svp and finance director.
